SAN JOSE, Calif. – July 7, 2021 – DTEX Systems, the Workforce Cyber & Security company, today announced the appointment of Denis Eversen to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In his role, Eversen will lead the organization’s worldwide sales, channel and partnership functions to support the company’s rapidly accelerating growth, as the shift to hybrid workplace models and priority on employee privacy have accelerated the need for Workforce Cyber Intelligence & Security solutions to prevent data loss, mitigate insider risk and protect remote workforces in the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.

“We are realizing incredible demand for our Workforce Cyber Intelligence & Security,” said Bahman Mahbod, President and CEO of DTEX Systems. “Denis is a proven cybersecurity sales leader with experience building and driving high-energy sales teams who consistently deliver customers tremendous value and exceed expectations. Denis’ leadership coupled with our continuing product innovation and burgeoning partner ecosystem has us poised for rapid global expansion and revenue growth.”

Denis Eversen has held senior sales and operational executive roles at several leading companies in the security, storage and networking spaces, including Fidelis Cybersecurity, Cyphort, and Forcepoint, helping each organization achieve record growth and revenue recognition. As SVP of Americas Sales with Fidelis Cybersecurity, Denis executed innovative sales and partnership strategies that delivered record adoption of Fidelis’ threat detection and response product and services portfolio across the Americas while also driving expansion in Latin America and Canada.

Prior to joining Fidelis Cybersecurity in 2018, while the Executive Vice President at Cyphort, Denis led Cyphort’s worldwide sales efforts up to and through the company’s acquisition by Juniper Networks. During his tenure with Cyphort and Juniper, he led Juniper’s global security sales team to recognize revenues of $400M in close partnership with the organization’s extensive partner ecosystem.

Before joining Cyphort, Denis was VP of the East at Forcepoint, where he was instrumental in helping the organization recognize triple-digit product and services sales growth following the acquisition of Websense. Earlier in his career, Denis held various sales leadership positions at a number of world-class companies and startups, such as Brocade, McAfee, DeCru, NetApp, Check Point Software, and Cisco, with a track record of consistent overachievement and success alongside his sales teams. Denis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Saint Francis University of Pennsylvania.

“DTEX is poised for tremendous growth and market-leadership as the dynamics of cybersecurity transition and the need to understand the human element overtakes machine data as the most accurate and important source of operational security intelligence,” said Eversen. “DTEX’s value proposition of helping customers genuinely understand their workforce’s intent, protect their data and make informed business decisions more rapidly is exactly what every enterprise and government organization is missing. I’m excited to be part of the DTEX team and ready to hit the ground running by immediately engaging with our customers, partners and the market at large.”
