Marshall Heilman

Chief Executive Officer

Marshall Heilman is the Chief Executive Officer for DTEX Systems, the global leader for insider risk management. Marshall has more than 20 years of experience in cybersecurity (in startup and large public organizations), holding executive leadership and highly technical roles at Mandiant and Google.

He is an internationally recognized cybersecurity expert, regularly speaking at industry events. He also advises startups and growth companies as an adviser to multiple venture capital firms.

Marshall joined DTEX Systems from Mandiant (now part of Google Cloud) where he spent the past 17 years focused on protecting governments and companies around the globe.

Mohan Koo

President & Co-founder

Mohan Koo is the Co-founder and President of DTEX and is widely recognized as a thought leader in cybersecurity, with a specific passion for bridging the gap between security and privacy. Hailing from Adelaide, Australia, Mohan was recognized as Australian Entrepreneur of the Year in 2021 by the Pearcey Foundation. He also received the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) ‘Digital Economy’ Award for strengthening economic ties between Australia and the U.S. in 2022. In 2024, Mohan was honored by Kevin Rudd, Australian Ambassador to the U.S., for his contributions in shaping the Australian-U.S. security alliance.

Denis Eversen

Chief Revenue Officer

As DTEX Systems’ Chief Revenue Officer, Denis Eversen leads the organization’s worldwide sales, channel and partnership functions with strategy and operational oversight.

Prior to joining DTEX, Denis Eversen held senior sales and operational executive roles at several leading companies in the security, storage, and networking spaces, including Fidelis Cybersecurity, Cyphort, and Forcepoint, helping each organization achieve record growth and revenue recognition. As SVP of Americas Sales with Fidelis Cybersecurity, Denis executed innovative sales and partnership strategies that delivered record adoption of Fidelis’ threat detection and response product and services portfolio across the Americas, while also driving expansion in Latin America and Canada.

Prior to joining Fidelis Cybersecurity in 2018, Denis led Cyphort’s worldwide sales efforts up to and through Cyphort’s acquisition by Juniper Networks as Executive Vice President. During his tenure with Cyphort and Juniper, he ran Juniper’s global security sales team to recognize revenues of $400M in close partnership with the organization’s extensive partner ecosystem.

Before joining Cyphort, Denis was VP of the East at Forcepoint, where he was instrumental in helping the organization recognize triple-digit product and services sales growth following the acquisition of Websense. Earlier in his career, Denis held various sales leadership positions at a number of world-class companies and startups such as Brocade, McAfee, DeCru, NetApp, Check Point Software, and Cisco, with a track record of consistent overachievement and success for his sales teams. Denis holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Saint Francis University of Pennsylvania.

Rajan Koo

Chief Technology Officer

Rajan Koo is the CTO and head of DTEX’s Insider Investigations & Intelligence (i3) team. He is responsible for developing, implementing, and operating technologies to prevent insider risks from becoming insider threats. Rajan has played a pivotal role in establishing DTEX’s privacy-first approach to insider risk management. He has also led several high-profile insider threat investigations that have resulted in successful prosecutions and exonerations.

As a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 20 years of cybersecurity and insider risk experience, Rajan has been awarded patents for his work in R&D (including DTEX’s unique pseudonymization features) and has led technical reviews for multi-billion dollar industrial automation projects.

Dave Salverson

Chief Financial Officer

Dave Salverson is a finance and operations executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience developing finance teams, systems, and processes at high-growth companies. As Chief Financial Officer at DTEX Systems, Dave is responsible for developing the financial infrastructure needed to support and sustain DTEX’s growth trajectory as the company continues to solidify its position as the global leader for insider risk management.

Prior to joining DTEX, Salverson held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Hazelcast. He has also held leadership roles at Shape Security, Ruckus Networks, and Brocade. During his tenure as Vice President of Finance at Shape Security, Dave was integral in scaling the company from $20M ARR to $80M, positioning it to be acquired by F5 Networks for $1B+ in January 2020. Dave’s expertise includes building teams and processes in emerging businesses, where organizational leadership, risk mitigation, M&A, equity & debt financing, and technology implementation are essential to the company’s success.

Jessica Ray

VP, Marketing

As Vice President of Marketing at DTEX, Jessica Ray leads all marketing initiatives with a rigorous focus on driving business growth and amplifying the company’s global market presence. With over a decade of experience in tech marketing, primarily in cybersecurity, she brings a wealth of expertise in top-of-funnel strategies that have consistently enhanced brand awareness and accelerated customer acquisition.

Formerly the Vice President of Marketing at Shift5, Jessica has held leadership roles in marketing at Tanium and Armis, in addition to her work as an independent consultant for various high-tech clients. At Armis, her marketing team’s strategies contributed to over one-third of the business pipeline, aiding the company’s growth and its eventual $1 billion acquisition by Insight Partners and CapitalG in 2020.

Jessica’s career began in the corridors of U.S. Embassies abroad, where she attained her top-secret clearance. These early experiences helped to define her professional trajectory and fueled her commitment to work for companies with a strong, purpose-driven mission to secure the ever-evolving digital landscape.

Chris Harris

SVP, United States Public Sector

Chris Harris is the Senior Vice President, United States Public Sector at DTEX Systems, responsible for all aspects of the Public Sector Go-To-Market to include sales, channel, partnerships, government affairs, strategy, and operational oversight.

Prior to joining DTEX, Chris led the Department of Defense (DoD) & Intelligence Community (IC) sales team at Mandiant (acquired by Google in September 2022), which was the highest performing and revenue generating regional sales team in the company, and ultimately reached a $41M ARR, $18M Consulting Services book of business. Before stepping into sales leadership, Chris was responsible for leading and growing the Navy & Marine Corps business at FireEye & Mandiant. 

Earlier in his career, he held an individual contributing DoD & IC sales role at Value-Added Reseller (VAR) PCM-G (now Insight) and served in the Navy for almost six years as a Surface Warfare Officer on USS Fort McHenry (LSD 43) and at Naval Beach Group Two. He has a proven, consistent track record of overachievement and success in both his sales and military careers.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science Degree in Management, Strategy and Leadership from Michigan State University.

Jennifer Moll

VP, Strategic Programs

Jennifer Moll is the VP of Strategic Programs for DTEX Systems, the global leader for insider risk management. Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in forensics and cybersecurity across consulting firms and software companies. She is passionate about working with executive teams to refine and execute on their strategy.

Prior to joining DTEX Systems, Jennifer worked at Axio Global Inc, a cyber risk management SaaS company, PricewaterhouseCoopers in the US and UK, Deloitte in the UK, and The Risk Advisory Group in the UK and Russia. At PwC US, Jennifer helped to establish and run the Financial Crimes Unit, combining subject matter experts from anti-fraud, corruption, money laundering and cyber disciplines and then helped to create the unified cybersecurity and privacy practice. She has launched new products, standardized methodologies, led new market entries, and managed complex multi-national engagements.

Jennifer holds a Master of Philosophy in International Relations from the University of Cambridge and a BA in International Studies and Russian Language & Literature from Dickinson College. She is a Fulbright Scholar and is currently studying in the Chief Strategy Officer certificate program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Christiaan Nillissen

Co-founder & Chief Programmer

With over 24 years of software development experience, Chris has been pivotal in evolving DTEX Systems’ leading cybersecurity platform. His technical expertise has been crucial in building scalable products that protect organizations globally.

Before co-founding DTEX Systems, Chris began his career as a computer systems builder in Adelaide, Australia. He quickly transitioned to software development and studied computer science at the University of South Australia, where he honed his skills.

Under Chris’ guidance, DTEX has grown into a global cybersecurity leader, known for protecting enterprise data and employee privacy. His vision ensures DTEX remains industry-leading.

Raman Hariharan

SVP, Engineering

Raman Hariharan is the SVP of Engineering at DTEX Systems responsible for technology strategy and implementation of product roadmap. Raman joined DTEX Systems from Snowflake where he was the Head of Cloud Platform Engineering and led the team responsible for architecting, deploying, and scaling the Snowflake Cloud Infrastructure Platform globally. During his 4 year stint at Snowflake, that spanned pre and post IPO, he played a pivotal role scaling the platform across all major cloud providers and supported platform and product innovation efforts to aid 10x growth in customers and revenue all while growing and transforming the engineering organization through SDLC best practices, automation, and efficiency initiatives.

Prior to Snowflake, Raman held leadership roles at Symantec, Yahoo, and Instart, a content delivery startup acquired by Akamai. A seasoned executive with over 25+ years of Software Engineering experience, Raman has been instrumental in the development efforts of many successful products and services and led global engineering organizations in both Fortune 500 companies and fast-growing startups. He brings in a wealth of experience building high performance teams and establishing structured, disciplined engineering operations rigor.

Raman has a MBA from University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from BITS Pilani, India.

Marc Kittrell

VP, Worldwide Channels and Alliances

Marc Kittrell is the VP Worldwide Channels and Alliances for DTEX Systems, the global leader for insider risk management. Marc has 20 years of experience in IT software sales. He is dedicated and passionate about building a world class partner eco-system, with VARS, CSP’s and GSI’s to be strategic with DTEX. Building a vision, strategy, and focus on enablement within DTEX partner eco-system is top priority in making channels and alliances successful. DTEX’s goal to grow the brand, instill trust, and sales strategy within our partner eco-system is important, as we build towards a world class Channels and Alliances company.

Prior to joining DTEX Systems, Marc was Director of Channels and CSP’s for North America at Wiz, a cloud security software company and fastest growing company of all time. As Director of North America Channels and CSP’s, Marc executed building a Channel program and developed the sell with and through motion with the CSP’s. Marc helped change the strategy and growth of the business at Wiz by being a channel-first organization.

Before joining Wiz, Marc was Azure Territory Director at Databricks, where he was instrumental in growing the Azure Databricks business across North America. While there, he built strong relationships and a joint success strategy with Azure for Data AI and ML. 

Earlier in his career, Marc held various sales positions at a number of world-class companies and startups including EMC, Commvault, Syncsort, Turbonomics and Tanium, with a track record of consistent overachievement and success. Marc holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Terry College of Business, University of Georgia.

Drew Jones

VP, Global Customer Success and Services

Drew Jones is the Vice President of Global Customer Success and Services at DTEX Systems, where he leads worldwide strategies for customer engagement, retention, and services delivery. With a focus on driving measurable value for customers, he oversees a global team responsible for onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, and service delivery excellence.

Prior to DTEX, Drew held leadership roles in customer success and operations at AWS, Polygon Labs, and CDW. In these roles, he built and scaled high-performing teams, delivering significant improvements in customer engagement and satisfaction while streamlining operational efficiencies to drive sustainable growth.
With over 20 years of experience spanning customer success, professional services, and strategic consulting, Drew is recognized for his strategic and results-driven leadership. He excels in building impactful teams and practices, fostering cross-functional alignment, and empowering customers to achieve their business objectives. A dedicated mentor and coach, Drew is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders in customer success.

Drew is also a proud veteran, having served in the United States Marine Corps, where he honed the leadership and discipline that continue to define his career.

James Luo

James Luo co-leads CapitalG’s investing efforts in infrastructure software and focuses primarily on cybersecurity, networking, and developer tools and platforms. Having studied both economics and computer science, he is passionate about supporting companies and entrepreneurs who introduce novel technical innovations to the world. At CapitalG he has played a leadership role in numerous investments including Salt Security, AlphaSense, Expel, Orca Security, Armis, Dataiku, Strive Health and Constant Contact and Newfold Digital, and he sits on several boards.

Prior to joining CapitalG in 2018, James invested in growth and scaled-technology companies at Advent International. He started his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.

James graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar. He enjoys traveling and snowboarding, though he is also happy to be at home watching movies with his family at their home in Marin County, California.

Gaurav Garg

WING Venture Capital

Gaurav Garg is a founding partner of Wing Venture Capital. He has led investments in a number of early-stage technology companies and currently serves on the boards of Ruckus Wireless (NYSE: RKUS), FireEye (Nasdaq: FEYE), MobileIron (Nasdaq: MOBL), Jasper, Shape Security, Instart Logic, Cohesity, Apprity, and previously Netscaler (acquired by CTXS). He has helped build Ruckus and FireEye for over 10 years, each from incubation into public companies. He also incubated Jasper and Instart Logic from the concept stage. Gaurav was a partner at Sequoia Capital from 2001 to 2010, and a Special Limited Partner from 2010-2012. He worked extensively with Sequoia Capital’s investments in Aruba Networks (Nasdaq: ARUN), Jawbone (aka Aliph), and RingCentral (NYSE: RNG).

Promod has more than 20 years of experience in the venture capital industry and currently serves as senior managing partner at Norwest Venture Partners (NVP). Promod joined NVP in 1990 and has invested in more than 60 companies since he began his venture career, producing more than $40B in exit values to date. More than 20 of his portfolio companies have gone public and nearly 36 have been acquired (or have gone public and been acquired). In 2014, Forbes recognized Promod as a “Hall of Fame” investor. 2014 marked Promod’s tenth appearance on the annual Forbes Midas List, including 2004, when he was ranked the #1 venture capitalist based on performance over the previous decade.

Robert Lentz

Mr. Lentz is the former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber, Identity and Information Assurance (CIIA) in the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense, Networks and Information Integration/Chief Information Officer. Since November 2000, he served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Department of Defense (DoD) and in this capacity, oversaw the departments 3 Billion dollar Information Assurance & Cyber Security programs. 

Mr. Lentz started his career with the National Security Agency (NSA) in 1975. Since that time, he accumulated over 34 years of experience and established himself as a change agent with federal government.

Mike Studeman

National Security Professional

Mike Studeman, the former Commander of the Office of Naval Intelligence and a retired Rear Admiral, is one of our nation’s leading national security professionals, with extensive global experience in intelligence, foreign policy, and defense matters. He is an internationally recognized expert on Asian affairs with deep expertise on China. Mike is a MITRE National Security Fellow and on the Board of Advisors of the National Bureau of Asian Research.

Mike led intelligence operations at every level from the tactical to the strategic, and in Navy, joint, national, and interagency assignments. He supported combat operations ranging from Desert Storm to the Balkans to Afghanistan. He also contributed to a range of counter-terrorism, counter-narcotics, and counter-proliferation operations. Mike also helped formulate strategies and execute operations to deal with challenges from Iran, North Korea, Russia, and China.

Mike’s joint assignments as a flag officer include National Intelligence Manager – Maritime for the Director of National Intelligence, Director of the National Maritime Intelligence Integration Office, three years as the Director of Intelligence (J2) for the nation’s largest Combatant Command, the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, and Director of Intelligence (J2) for the U.S. Southern Command in Miami, Florida.

Mike was appointed by President Bush as a White House Fellow in 2005. He went on to become the only officer ever to serve as Special Assistants to the Chief of Naval Operations, Vice Chief of Naval Operations, and U.S. Fleet Forces Commander. He also held major command posts as a Captain, including commanding the Joint Intelligence Operations Center for U.S. Cyber Command and Commander of the Hopper Global Communications Center.

Mike’s alma mater is the College of William and Mary. He is an Honors Graduate in Mandarin Chinese from the Defense Language Institute, a Distinguished Graduate of the National War College, and a Distinguished Graduate in Asian Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Sue Gordon

President, GordonVentures, LLC.

The Honorable Susan M. “Sue” Gordon is a renowned leader in national security, intelligence, and technology, with a career spanning over three decades at the highest levels of government. As the former Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence (2017–2019), she advised the President on intelligence matters and provided operational leadership of the agencies and organizations of the Intelligence Community (IC). Today, as President of GordonVentures, LLC, she advises global leaders and organizations on risk, strategy, and innovation, with a focus on national security, space, cyber, AI, and quantum technologies.

Ms. Gordon serves as an independent director on the boards of CACI International, BlackSky, SecurityScorecard, and BCore; is Vice Chairman of the MITRE Corporation; and advises several leading technology companies. She is a university fellow, the President of the Pallas Foundation, an advisor to the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation, and contributes to national security as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Ms. Gordon joined the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in 1980 and served for 29 years, rising to senior executive positions in each of the Agency’s four directorates: operations, analysis, science and technology, and support. Her career was defined by transformative leadership and groundbreaking initiatives, including the creation of In-Q-Tel, the CIA’s venture capital arm. She drove intelligence integration across the IC and as Deputy Director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (2015–2017), where she modernized operations, championed agile decision-making, and expanded geospatial intelligence into the commercial domain. Her numerous awards for creative executive leadership include the Distinguished Intelligence and Distinguished Career Intelligence medals, Presidential Rank awards, and the Oliver Baker, Lundahl-Finnie, and William Webster leadership awards.

A passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion, Ms. Gordon is celebrated for mentoring future leaders and advancing public-private partnerships to meet global challenges.

A Duke University graduate and three-time captain of the Women’s Basketball team, Ms. Gordon embodies resilience and leadership. She cherishes the memory of her late husband Jim Gordon, also a Duke graduate, is a devoted mother to two grown children, and a loving grandmother to four grandchildren.
